Cancellation Policy

Please Note: Deposits are strictly non-refundable within two weeks of commencement of class ​ The reason for this is that: 1 - All printing for class has been ordered and paid for at the correct student numbers 2 - All materials for class have been bought and paid for allowing for student numbers 3 - Venue has been paid for in advance 4 - Tutor is booked and committed 5 - Advertising has been wound down and it is too late and too expensive to reinstate ​ In the event of a change of mind, students can opt to defer the deposit to a later date, if available. Please talk to your Class Host should this be required ​ Exceptions to this are in the event of genuine medical events - These cases will be considered on individual merits and will maintain the Seasons Art Class position of 'Keeping it Human.'
